Summer Reading programs begin the week of June 7th. In addition, we’re beginning some new programs such as the new “How To” classes and Book Club.
Here is a list of current, on-going programs. Stay tuned as we continue to expand our offerings and partner with other organizations to bring more opportunities to the Norwood area. For special programs this month check out the calendar linked below.
Storytimes and activities for children ages birth to 6 will be on Fridays at 10:30 am. Lunches are available for all kids ages 0-18. Older siblings are welcome to attend.
Lunches are available to all youth ages 0-18 each Friday through the school year. You can still get a lunch even if you do not attend a program. Sign up on the calendar each week to reserve your lunch.
Offered monthly, crafts vary from painting, fabric marbling, wine bottle painting and more. Older teens are welcome to join as well.
Saturdays 12-1 pm. One on one computer assistance will be offered after the class.
6:30 pm the second Monday of each month. Meetings are currently being held in a hybrid model of in-person and on Zoom. Monthly agendas are available under District Information the Friday before each meeting.
Tuesdays after school. Staff will walk registered children to the library from school or you may drop your child off at the library. Program ends at 5:30.

Monthly from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon, led by Carrie Andrew, Lone Cone Library Director. The group follows the Conversation Cafe model about topics affecting those in Norwood and the surrounding area. Topics vary each month. Seating is limited to 10 people so sign up early.
