Get a Library Card
Getting a library card is easy! You can apply in person or online using the options below.
🏛️ Apply In Person
Visit the library and follow these steps:
1. Complete an Application
Ask a librarian at the front desk for a library card application.
You’ll be asked to provide:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- City of residence
- County of residence
- Email address
- Age
- Parent or guardian signature (required if under 15 years old)
2. Bring Identification
Please provide ONE of the following:
- Driver’s license or state-issued photo ID
- Travel visa
- Passport
3. Bring Proof of Local Address
Please provide ONE unexpired item:
- Piece of mail or bill with your name
- Package slip from a received package
- Lease or rental agreement
💻 Apply Online
You can also apply online using the link below:
- Your application will be sent to library staff
- A staff member will contact you to complete the process
- All requirements are the same as applying in person
ℹ️ Important Information
- Borrowers are encouraged to carry their library card to use self-service features
- The library reserves the right to revoke privileges in cases of misuse or abuse of library resources
