Spring is Here — and So Is a Lot of Good Stuff
April 2026 at Lone Cone Library • Norwood, Colorado
With Easter coming up tomorrow, it feels like the perfect time for our duck hatching adventure to begin. There's something fitting about new life getting its start right alongside the season — a little hopeful, a little patient, and a whole lot of exciting. April is here, the mesa is waking up, and so is Lone Cone Library.
This month we've got a lot going on — events for kids, teens, adults, artists, night sky lovers, and people who just want to sit somewhere warm and make something with their hands. There's something in here for most everybody. Take a look, and we'll see you soon.
🐣 Our Duck Hatching Adventure
The eggs are officially in the incubator, and over the next 28 days we'll be watching for tiny changes — warmth, wiggles, and all the magic that happens before hatch day.
Once they arrive, our program kids will spend the following weeks learning how ducklings grow, eat, explore, and find their fluffy personalities.
Stay tuned for updates — from egg to adorable.
