🔬 STEAM Days with Pinhead Institute
We're excited to welcome the Pinhead Institute to Lone Cone Library for a series of hands-on STEAM sessions! Free for grades K-6, noon to 1:30 PM.
- April 17 — Butter and Whipped Cream and Ice Cream, Oh My!
- April 24 — Tensile Strength of Paper
- May 8 — Mother's Day STEAM Projects
- May 15 — Water and Puffy Slime

Drop in every Wednesday at 2:00 PM for Tech Time with Evan. Questions about your devices, need help with software, or just want to explore something new — Evan's got you.
Every first Thursday of the month at 3:00 PM. Writing is for other people — journaling is for you. Come as you are, write what you need, no experience necessary.
A drop-in hangout for tweens every Thursday. Board games, chill activities, a safe inclusive come-as-you-are space. No sign-up needed.
Lone Cone Library is hosting a blood drive on May 8th. Come in and give the gift of life right here in Norwood — no need to travel far to make a big difference.
Join us for the Friends of the Library meeting on May 12th at 6:00 PM. A great way to get involved and support your local library!
Bring whatever you're reading and enjoy some quiet, cozy reading time together. No discussion, no pressure — just good books and good company.
Bring junk journals, scrapbooks, card-making supplies and join a night of creative fun! Mandee can help with ordering materials in advance.
